About Share People Hub

Share People Hub is a leading global company that partners with AB InBev to drive innovation and growth. We're seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team.

About the Role

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for governing the architectural backlog, mapping technical dependencies, and ensuring code quality. You will engage with clients to explain how our platform operates and provide guidance on integration patterns. You will also perform technical analysis, design, and advisory on integration architecture, and drive the mapping of integrations and assess dependencies on local systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance of the Architectural Backlog on a per sprint basis
  • Mapping technical dependencies at Pod level
  • Performing technical grooming of Backlog Items
  • Ensuring code quality through formal code reviews and managing defects
  • Defining and governing the Continuous Integration process and tooling
  • Collaborating with the international cross-functional team

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the architect role
  • Upper-intermediate English level for day-to-day communication
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to lead communication with cross-cultural users and partners
  • Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
