Proficient Senior Software Developer

Key Role: We are seeking a proficient Senior Software Developer to lead the development of complex business solutions and provide technical expertise in our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role requires a flexible individual who can adapt to new tools and technologies as our business grows. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and debugging skills, with experience in Apex, LWC/Aura/Visualforce, and general web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to design, develop, test, implement, and support system solutions primarily in the Salesforce Platform. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Administering, designing, developing, and supporting the Salesforce Platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing/Pardot, and Experience Cloud.
- Managing release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.
- Developing Apex classes and triggers, building custom user interfaces, and designing and developing sites using Experience Site Builder.
- Designing and developing custom workflows, approval flows, and preparing solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and test cases as needed.
- Adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing/maintaining test classes for all custom development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on development and design experience with Salesforce Platform.
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC/Aura/Visualforce.
- General web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience working with large data sets, Salesforce APIs, and bulkification.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of IT SDLC and SOX methodologies.
- Ability to work as part of an IT team with clear verbal and written communication.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
