About Section Manager Roles

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Section Manager, where you will play a vital role in the successful execution of MEP works across complex data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and issue daily/weekly installation plans and report progress effectively.
  • Ensure method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules are strictly enforced.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers to track material deliveries.
  • Manage change and drawing/spec distribution efficiently.
  • Monitor tools, consumables, KPIs, and labour productivity closely.
  • Guarantee HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times.
About Your Team Structure

You will report directly to the Construction Manager and indirectly to the Project Manager, leading a team of Site Engineers and Foremen. The section management team ensures quality, safety, productivity, and coordination across MEP disciplines, collaborating closely with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
