Creative Media Strategist

The primary goal of this role is to develop high-quality creative media that meets the needs of our clients.

About the Role

This position involves researching and collaborating with content creators to produce engaging ads for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms in these platforms.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, values, and customer avatars.
  • Create detailed script briefs for content creators, ensuring they meet the client's guidelines and requirements.
  • Liaise with potential content creators to assemble a team for each project.
  • Perform quality control duties on received content to ensure it meets the necessary standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategize script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram trends.
  2. Prepare detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage required.
  3. Research content creators to match each brand's Customer Avatar goal for each testing concept.
  4. Communicate with potential content creators regarding the scope of each project.
  5. Select and arrange a content creator for each project.
  6. Ensure the quality of Video Ad variations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a creative flair and a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels. Additionally, you should have great communication skills, excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and be able to plan ahead effectively.

  • Proven experience in coming up with engaging creative content across a range of niches.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients.
Benefits

As a Creative Media Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and manage your time effectively. You must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time) and have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.

  • Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hour.
  • Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement.
  • Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first month.

It is essential to be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and improving on it, as well as giving feedback of similar nature productively to your team. Familiarity with working remotely is a major advantage, but not a requirement.

We are looking for a highly accountable, responsive, and results-driven individual who can handle and implement constructive criticism. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and be fluent in English.
