Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the logistics processes and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all logistics processes, including receipt of imported products, shipping customer orders, coordination and monitoring of deliveries with service providers, and daily inventory management through SAP system.
  • Responsible for billing procedure through SAP, generating sales invoices, samples, demonstration, return, cancellation, correction letter, etc.
  • Direct contact with Customer Service department, answering customer inquiries on delivery dates, providing shipment tracking numbers, and prioritizing shipments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work in a team to achieve company goals
  • Hands-on profile and results-focused mindset
  • Desirable experience with SAP system and logistics processes
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Mandatory to live in Atibaia region (100% presencial job)
