We are seeking a highly skilled junior legal professional to join our organization. As a junior legal professional, you will be responsible for working with a diverse range of clients and applying creative legal thinking.

Main Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans for forward-thinking companies
- Guide clients and review the work of Case Managers using cutting-edge legal automation technology
- Ensure compliance with correct legal standards related to H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS cases
- SUPervise, mentor, and review the work of Case Managers covering a wide range of visa categories
- Advise and guide clients on initial setup of electronic-posting processes for LCAs and recruitment processes for PERM applications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree and a valid bar license from any US state
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an immigration attorney and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong understanding and prior experience preparing and reviewing at least 3 of the following petition types: H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS
- Prior experience representing startups and emerging technology companies and/or individual creatives
- Prior experience training and supervising paralegals, case managers and/or legal assistants
- Prior experience working successfully in remote environments
