Job Title: Aviation Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to the Airport Station Head in overseeing ground operations. This involves ensuring that all airline activities are conducted safely, securely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting the Airport Station Head in coordinating ground operations, including documentation, record-keeping, training, manpower management, vendor performance, customer service, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Undertaking oversight functions for outsourced services provided by Ground Service Providers (GSPs) and vendors.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of airline products and services at all customer touchpoints meets or exceeds set service quality targets.

For this role, you should have a degree or diploma in any field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, a high school certificate with over 1 year of relevant work experience can be considered. You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and make prompt decisions is also essential.

Key challenges include dealing with dissatisfied passengers, making timely decisions, managing cancellations and delayed flights, and addressing missed connections.
