About the role: We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management team and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Work with sales teams to define project scopes, cost estimates, and delivery timelines
  • Implement project management methodologies and agile processes to maximize team efficiency
  • Manage project workflow and ensure effective communication between teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve potential issues and risks that could affect project quality or timeliness
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and external partners
  • Provide regular reports on project status and team performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading project management teams
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Skills in managing budgets, deadlines, and scopes of complex projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Skills in conflict management and problem solving
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different areas of the organization
  • Higher education in areas related to technology, administration, or engineering
