Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our presence in the LATAM market. About Us:Our company is a leading Contextual Advertising Platform. Our technology provides a human-like understanding of web content, ensuring brand safety and unmatched targeting capabilities. We engage with both demand and supply sides to create, activate, and launch high-quality advertising campaigns at scale. We strive for a more respectful and engaging way to do advertising. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the yearly digital marketing plan for the region
  • Lead local market activities by showcasing expertise in areas such as events, customer engagement, local activations, and gift promotions
  • Oversee field marketing activities across other Latam countries
  • Collaborate with sales managers to reach prospective clients, develop marketing strategies, increase client satisfaction, and meet sales targets through agency or client activations
  • Become an expert on the essential details of our clients, products, and services
 Requirements:
  • You have proven experience organizing sales planning and events (2-3 years)
  • You are fully fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus
  • You possess great communication skills and are not afraid to take calculated risks
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • You are energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic AdTech environment
