Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.
The Senior Finance Manager oversees daily operations of the Accounting Department, maintains a grasp of the financial positions, and supervises operations, associates' education, and personnel management.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounting Department
- Maintain a grasp of the financial positions
- Supervise operations, associates' education, and personnel management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in hotel Accounting Department
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Thorough knowledge of all jobs in Accounting, Purchasing, Systems Management, and Food and Beverage Control areas
- Good command of English and local language (reading, writing, conversation)
- University graduate
- Accounting trainings in college or CPA firm
The Senior Finance Manager ensures that the organization's financial systems are accurate, current, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guidance and support to team members, as well as make sound financial decisions.
