**Key Responsibilities:**

We're looking for a highly skilled BIM modeler with experience in 2D drafting and 3D modeling. You'll work on projects that have a real impact on the world, using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Revit. Your strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.

**Requirements:**

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or related field. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling with exposure to US and Canada-based projects. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Technical Skills: Strong ability in 2D drafting and 3D modeling. Experience with point cloud conversion and integration into BIM models.

**Preferred Attributes:**

Experience with additional BIM software or tools is a plus. Knowledge of US and Canadian building codes and standards. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
