  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering expert support during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical insights and user feedback to inform internal teams on regulatory compliance and future product development strategies.
  2. Buid and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and patient advocacy groups to enhance awareness and endorsement of needle-free drug delivery solutions.
  3. Develop targeted educational and training resources to support effective adoption and sustained use among intended user populations.
  4. Deliver specialized training programs to equip healthcare professionals to confidently and safely support patients in long-term use of needle-free devices.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business/Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes-related knowledge/product experience is advantageous.
  • Proven clinical account management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry; experience in diabetes/endocrinology products are desired.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to educate HCPs and patients on correct product usage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis clinical knowledge or medical background essential, with the ability to understand and explain technical product details.
  • Results-driven with strong resilience and execution ability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
