Interior Fit-Out Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the execution of interior fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation, minimizing risks and maximizing value.
  • Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, demonstrating academic rigor and expertise.
  • 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out, showcasing leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential), leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Fluent in English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
