We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill this key role, working remotely from the comfort of their own home office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance in a stable company, with a focus on cross-border transactions between Brazil and the United States.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements;
- Executing and managing spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and balance sheet analysis;
- Recording, classifying, reclassifying, provisioning, and reversing accounting entries for assigned clients as directed by the Senior/Supervisor;
- Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the accuracy of information;
- Ensuring the correct accounting of clients' long-term transactions;
- Organizing documentation related to the company's accounting;
- Recording accounting transactions for the clients under their responsibility;
- Assisting in tax calculation;
- Reconciling accounts and completing tax returns;
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
