Global Data Strategy Manager

The role of a Global Data Strategy Manager is to lead the development and implementation of data strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute data strategies to inform business decisions and optimize customer experiences.
  • Configure Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to integrate data from various sources, creating a unified view of customer behavior and campaign performance.
  • Support applications and collaborate with web analytics and tag management systems product owners; ensuring data quality and compliance from capture to distribution and analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data science, and legal/compliance to leverage customer data for personalized marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations by developing and maintaining a robust data governance framework and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Solid experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and/or tag management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with minimal errors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tealium Audience Stream CDP.
  • Working knowledge of Consent Management Platform.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications.
  • Working knowledge of Data Clean Room (DCR) technologies.
  • JavaScript, CSS, and HTML background.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data feeds to connect and retrieve data across platforms.

Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP).
