**Role Overview:**
The Associate Therapist will work in a mental health treatment center, providing comprehensive counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to assist clients in navigating their mental health diagnoses.
- Carry out client intake processes, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to provide effective crisis management and demonstrate an understanding of patient care through charting and documenting progress.
- A Master's degree from an accredited social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology program.
- Registration with the State of California Board of Behavioral Health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain professional boundaries and work in a fast-paced setting under pressure.
