A Senior Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administration of the company, including implementing rules and regulations;
  • Support the development and improvement of the human resources structure and personnel management system;
  • Conduct talent testing, interviews, and recruitment processes;
  • Draft and issue meeting notices, meeting minutes, and system documents;
  • Coordinate with business departments to maintain relationships with local government departments.

Requirements:

  • College degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in administrative and human resources roles;
  • Preferably experienced in Internet industry;
  • Strong affinity, careful, responsible, and excellent professional ethics;
  • Organized, efficient, and good attitude;
  • Proficient in Office software;
  • Chinese nationality, fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset).

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: R$2,000.00 - R$8,000.00 per month.
