Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive at our organization involves overseeing all aspects of the business. This encompasses ensuring operational efficiency, member and guest experience, staff retention, and optimal profit.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead as an influential leader and strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular assessments of the business and provide reports on its economic and operational state
  • Develop action plans to support operational improvements and focus on optimizing profit, minimizing margins, and promoting exceptional experiences for members, guests, and staff
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety leaders to ensure compliance with local, government, and regional regulations
  • Partner with business functions to drive effective processes and implement innovative opportunities that efficiently drive sales and staff/member retention
  • Oversee the creation, collaboration, execution, and planning of properties and events

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations
  • Familiarity and maintenance of local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, and emergency procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with strong business acumen, driven by results and guest satisfaction. They must be naturally hospitable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
