Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate logistics and customs operations for equipment and services to ensure smooth transactions with customers and suppliers.
- Analyze import/export processes to identify methods for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant completion of filings, shipment documents, and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and monitor customs and logistics performance indicators, seeking opportunities to improve cycle time, lead time, and cost savings.
- Identify logistics solutions to guarantee optimal lead time and cost.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of international trade systems and fluent language skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in international logistics and customs operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and customs operations, analyzing import/export processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
