**Job Title:** Facilities Manager - Remote Work
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of short- and long-term rental properties, focusing on vacation rentals like Airbnb.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations. Developing pricing strategies based on market analysis is also a key aspect of this role.
Some of your daily tasks will include analyzing cash flow, preparing accounting reports, and overseeing bookkeeping. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will supervise facility staff and external contractors, schedule maintenance activities, and lead training and performance evaluations.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in property management and facilities.
A solid understanding of financial management applied to real estate is essential. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills are also required.
