Job Opportunity:

Senior SAP Security Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the development of SAP security policies, profiles and authorization concepts across all SAP environments. They will design and implement robust security solutions, provide guidance to junior team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP security roles, profiles and authorization concepts
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards and procedures
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for secure access provisioning and governance
  • Support audit processes, including evidence preparation and access reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP security experience
  • Deep expertise in role design and access control
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control
  • Extensive experience with SoD analysis, mitigation planning and audit/compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certifications in Security, GRC or S/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP IDM, CyberArk, SailPoint or other IAM tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
