We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Solution Architect to oversee cross-functional teams and assume a hands-on role as necessary. This individual will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and providing senior leadership, consulting, and support for all related matters.
This is an opportunity for a passionate technologist to join our organization and contribute to the delivery of software solutions that enable rich consumer experiences.
About You- You have experience in leading teams of professionals to deliver software solutions.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of lean thinking and the ability to scale, automate, and operate solutions.
- You set high standards for code quality, performance/scalability, and security, and seek continuous improvement.
- You have excellent self-initiative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work, influence, and make an impact in a cross-functional environment.
- Developing and demonstrating flexible and well-structured front-end architectures for a wide variety of clients.
- Planning and managing numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously.
- Creating demos and proof of concepts based on unique customer scenarios.
