Procurement Expert

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure goods and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop procurement strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform procurement decisions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with procurement software, such as Coupa or Ariba.
• Knowledge of global sourcing and procurement practices.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
