Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Client and Vendor Development and Operational Teams: Serve as a liaison between client and vendor development and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Emerging Issues and Mitigation: Proactively identify and flag emerging issues to clients and offer actions to mitigate their impact, while also sharing best practices to drive the global program forward.
  • Program Operations Optimization: Optimize program operations by focusing on process management, key strategic initiatives, and ensuring that basics are always in place.
  • Deliverables and Quality Assurance: Ensure that agreed deliverables are met on time and in the right quality, and that quality assurance processes are in accordance with client expectations.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: Regularly coach and develop the team lead group to provide consistent messaging, coaching, performance management, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Market Performance and Quality Audits: Ensure that the performance corridor of different markets is narrow and performance is consistent across markets within the same program, and that quality audits are met.
  • Bottlenecks and Challenges: Proactively share existing bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations to allow for appropriate prioritization.
  • Performance Drivers and Improvement Actions: Clearly outline current performance drivers for programs and actions to improve.
  • Client Program Manager Liaison: Liaise with client program managers to ensure that vendor personnel meets client-recommended requirements.
  • Account Review Meetings: Manage the scheduling and chairing of all account review meetings and work with client applicable managers and/or dedicated operations leads to review daily, weekly, and monthly operations and performance.
  • Client Communications and Urgent Actions: Be available during all operations hours to receive client communications and confirm receipt of such communications as soon as reasonably practicable.

Requirements:

  • Scalable Operations and Sales Experience: Diverse experience in scalable operations and sales environments, ideally with experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong collaboration skills across functions and regions, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact and sharing best practices.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate the story and drivers behind positive or negative performance trends tied to tangible actions.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking: Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Task Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.
