We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Service Technician to join our team in Sao Paulo. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of elevators and escalators.

About the Job

As an Elevator Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and predictive maintenance on various elevator brands. You will also identify and address technical issues promptly and effectively, provide exceptional customer service and support, and work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of high school education and a technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electronics;
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications in NR10 and NR35;
  • Experience in maintenance and customer service in the elevator and escalator industry;

You will also need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
