Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient, enterprise-wide, integrated accounting and reporting processes to maximize Corporate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reflect business transactions in financial records
  • Produce accurate and timely financial statements
  • Deliver financial analysis support for the business
  • Ensure accuracy of financial reporting for ExxonMobil businesses
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Reconcile inventory balances
  • Maintain proper asset balances and disposition
  • Ensure proper bank accounting
  • Manage large number of intercompany charges
  • Ensure appropriate cost flow set up and recovery
  • Review and process incoming and outgoing Joint Interest Billings from/to Joint Venture Partners
  • Deliver financial accounting support to the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Advanced English - high level of interfacing with internal/external customers
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Access)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and priorities
