About the Role:

">The role of Digital Solutions Architect is to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions for a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide analysis and follow-up on Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.">
  • Support and quality assure delivered Dynamics 365 F&O Retails and commerce solutions to meet customer expectations.">
  • Collaborate with peers and subordinates to provide guidance on solution architecture and design.">
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.">
  • Communicate effectively with onsite teams and customers to manage expectations and deliverables.">
  • Manage time and multiple tasks on projects to ensure deadlines are met.">
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and present them to stakeholders.">
  • Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement.">
  • Stay up-to-date with new modules and technologies relevant to the project requirements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A deep understanding of retail and commerce principles, including inventory management and transactions.">
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management, excluding warehouse management.">
  • Familiarity with advance warehouse management is beneficial but not mandatory.">
  • Experience in procurement and sourcing (Procure to Pay) and intercompany trade.">
  • Understanding of sales and marketing, particularly the Order to cash cycle.">
  • Data migration and data management skills are essential.">
  • Ability to understand complex customizations and convert customer requirements into workable solutions.">
