This is a transformative role in global business services where you will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate reply and solution deployment.
As a Global Business Services Transformation Specialist, you will establish effective collaboration with country stakeholders, work closely with Service Specialists and Compliance Specialists, and identify areas for improvement to generate process competitive advantages.
Key responsibilities include training stakeholders and newcomers on tool usage and global process rules, promoting standard services and best practices, and easing the users' self-service approach.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing domains or accounting, and strong SAP experience in the domain.
Required skills and qualifications include excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a service-driven mindset. A good level of spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in one or more local languages, such as Chinese, Hindi, or Thai, is highly desirable.
