As an embedded systems developer, you will be part of a dynamic team working to accelerate the time-to-market of our customers through technical support, documentation, and demonstrations.

  • Lead the creation of self-service support resources, including documentation and community forums, using artificial intelligence and automation
  • Make complex technical concepts easy to understand for target customers
  • Be a key stakeholder in the overall user experience of products
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including email, community forums, and documentation
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
  • Availability to work from the office at least 4 days a week
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn new technologies and develop skills in embedded software and hardware
  • Collaborative environment with good problem-solving skills
  • Experience as a user or system administrator
  • Knowledge of common interfaces and their usage on the software side, such as GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI-CSI, LVDS, and more
  • Experience with Git and its management
  • Able to read and comprehend hardware schematics
  • Programming languages C/C++, Python
  • Shell scripting knowledge, preferably Bash or Perl
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in providing technical support to customers
  • Exposure to the developer community
  • Experience working with Yocto
  • Familiarity with Docker containers
  • CI/CD experience
  • Agile development knowledge
  • AI/ML knowledge, preferably on embedded devices
  • PCB design experience
  • Communication skills for webinars, blogs, and talks
