At our manufacturing facility, we produce precision parts for various industries. We're seeking a skilled Operations Manager Jr to join our team. As an Operations Manager Jr, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, prepare, and maintain machining centers to meet production demands.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and models to ensure accuracy and quality control.
• Follow established production schedules and protocols to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
