Job Overview
The Shared Service Analyst will act as an internal payroll specialist, maintaining contact with an external payroll provider. This role is responsible for all payroll processing and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and delivering reconciliations, reporting, actuals, and forecasts.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the payroll process locations and ensure timely and accurate payroll and employee-related reporting, adhering to predefined SLAs.
- Coordinate efforts between payroll service providers, human resources, pensions, and other departments to maintain employee data flow.
- Review payroll reports produced by ADP or other relevant providers, ensuring accuracy and necessary changes are captured.
- Communicate errors/issues with providers and ensure corrections before payment.
- Track payroll processing errors post-payroll.
- E nsure long-term incentive plan and short-term bonus payments are made on time and accurately.
- Be responsible for approved and paid payroll, as well as pension contributions within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare payroll journals and post into SAP on a timely manner, making necessary recharges.
- Provide pensions reporting, expat payroll support, and required payslips.
Requirements
- High Education - University Degree.
- Minimum 2-4 years of payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP and ADP processing.
- High concern for detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English language.

Salary Information
This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
