Senior Scientist

About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead our process improvement initiatives in Brazil. As a Lean Six Sigma expert, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through the implementation of data-driven projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver business results, including cost reduction, cash flow improvement, and defect reduction.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members and stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic themes and projects.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong track record of leading successful improvement projects.
