We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple clients and cross-functional teams to deliver flawless results
- Own the client onboarding process, conduct usage reviews, and provide solutions to common challenges
- Empathize with customers' needs, prioritize their satisfaction, and maintain high engagement levels
- Identify new uses for WebEngage that drive adoption and align with customer business goals
- Proactively resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction or retention
- Coach customers to become product experts, train their teams, and increase self-sufficiency
- 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 2+ years in customer success or account management
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science; a Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to hold others accountable, and meet SLA standards
- Excellent documenter, presenter, and client servicing skills
