Supply Chain Consultant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll leverage your expertise in strategic consulting, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology to drive success in our organization.
The Supply Chain Consultant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the delivery of supply chain consulting services and assisting in developing new services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and supervising the delivery of supply chain consulting services
  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Collaborating with senior-level clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Coaching and mentoring junior consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to firm growth strategies and executing related activities
  • Building intellectual capital and knowledge within the firm
  • Traveling to client sites as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, preferably in top-tier consulting firms or procurement outsourcing companies
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and technologies
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, as well as collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and change management initiatives
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or engineering
