About This Opportunity

As a senior-level professional, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective training programs for clients.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure project ROI.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team by documenting client stakeholder roles and expectations.
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and training materials to enhance the client experience.
  • Coordinate with client agencies and third parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure custom development meets client requirements and standards.
  • Own project delivery, taking responsibility for timely completion while working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
  • Relevant project management qualifications, such as Agile or PMP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and on time.
  • Understanding of webhooks and APIs.
  • Experience with AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize collective results over personal recognition, adapt to ambiguity, and demonstrate a sense of urgency while building scalable, repeatable processes.
