About the Role- We seek a skilled professional to coordinate safety responsibilities for multiple programs, overseeing staffing, training, and procedural compliance.
- This individual will manage a team of safety experts and work closely with senior management to develop consistent processes and ensure compliance.
A typical day involves:
- Evaluating and proposing risk mitigation strategies to protect project deliverables and finances.
- Serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Managing project financials and negotiating scope changes to drive profitable growth.
- Coordinating safety reporting tasks and timelines.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of safety experience.
- Prior experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this role (comparable to 8+ years).
- At least 1 year of leadership responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of our business area and be proficient in Microsoft Office products and safety databases. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate information into local languages when necessary.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
Additionally, this individual must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
