Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medium to large companies or reputable law firms, demonstrating a strong background in labor law.
- Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and opinions on complex labor law matters, with a focus on consultative and advisory services.
- Experience in managing judicial and administrative labor disputes, including oversight of external lawyers and law firms.
- Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Advanced or fluent English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration within a global organization.
