About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant. As a key member of our research operations team, you will be responsible for managing and executing custom research projects for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop project briefs, templates, and supporting materials to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Conduct preliminary research to develop project documents and gain a thorough understanding of project objectives.
  • Primary and Secondary Research
    • Conduct thorough desk research to gain insights into project objectives and inform clients and research teams.
    • Conduct interviews with trade associations, leading companies, and internal associates to gain insights into custom research objectives.
    • Utilize in-house resources and external published information to understand markets and companies under review.
  • Project Execution and Management
    • Manage contract analysts, establish schedules, and administer final payments.
    • Work closely with the Research Operations Team to ensure projects are adequately resourced and that the pool and quality of contract analysts match project volume and complexity.
    • Continued upkeep of project folders and materials to ensure information is easily accessible to relevant personnel.
  • Client Communication and Engagement
    • Client communication and engagement from project inception to completion, ensuring core objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
    • Present findings to clients via videocalls and/or in-person to ensure client objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Language Skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both in written and verbally.
  • Technical Skills
    • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA or Masters degree are a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • High level of numeracy.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
