The ideal candidate will work creatively and strategically with autonomy to handle medium-complexity challenges and contribute to the creation of graphics, motions, and video edits. They will adapt layouts for different audiences, use performance data to optimize campaigns, and generate design insights for clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging graphic pieces and sophisticated animations tailored to different objectives.
  • Develop and optimize creatives using tools like Premiere, Figma, After Effects, and CapCut.
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Apply motion design techniques to increase engagement in campaigns.
  • Explore AI-powered creative production to accelerate delivery and enhance visual quality.
  • Contribute valuable insights and creative solutions applying design fundamentals and performance principles.
  • Justify design choices with data and strategy to improve Creative Defense.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Experience creating intermediate animations and Landing Pages.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize creatives.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI techniques and design for performance.
  • Autonomy to develop materials for various audiences and campaigns.
