Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to lead our Payments team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams and a strong foundation in software development practices.

  • Lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing payment solutions
  • Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement
  • Mentor engineers in best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software development management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices and patterns
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with full-stack development life cycle
  • Knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
