Job Description:
- Oversee quality control and engineering processes for landing gear MRO
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality improvement programs to enhance operational performance
- Provide technical guidance to analysts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and best practices
- Perform advanced analysis of data, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Manage compliance with aerospace regulations, quality certifications (ANAC, FAA, ISO 9001), and approved technical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless quality management
- Support internal and external audits, providing technical support and assistance during regulatory inspections and certifications
- Develop and report on key quality performance indicators, identifying areas for process optimization and cost reduction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+5 Years of experience working in the aeronautical industry with quality and/or engineering
Strong experience with quality auditing processes (aeronautical authorities, supplier qualification, and aeronautical departments)
Education:
Technical degree or graduation (Engineering, Quality, or Technical) with post-graduation/master's degree
Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory
