Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team in LATAM. As a key player in Financial Planning and Reporting activities, this role will provide FP&A support for the Pharmaceuticals segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide FP&A finance support related to Free Cash Flow, expenses control, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Partner directly with the FP&A local team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Work on LATAM projects and initiatives that impact the entire region.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business executives and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in FP&A or Controllership.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proactive.
  • Leadership.
  • Ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical experience.
  • Industry experience.
