About this Opportunity

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our RGM team. As a Jr Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing NielsenIQ's Analytics and Activation Practice by conducting market research and analyzing sell-out data to recommend optimal execution strategies across various distribution channels.

The Full View of consumer behavior allows us to develop predictive analytics products that impact pricing strategies, supply chains, shelf designs, and more. By joining this team, you will take global data, backed by leading data science, to help clients stay ahead of the next trend.

Our RGM Solutions team excels in consulting data, analyzing market behavior, and new product development. We use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform client decisions, and our main goal is to provide powerful insights to clients, giving them a clearer overview and enhancing the potential of each brand they manage.

As an RGM Jr Business Intelligence Analyst, you will compile, analyze, and interpret data, write client reports, and create presentations independently. You will generate highly polished analyses, providing clear conclusions and recommendations in a precise manner, supporting the RGM Pricing Solutions team in driving revenue and fostering repeat business with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of market research projects, supporting the process from initial creation to the finalization of inputs and analytical/insights deliverables.
  • Contribute to the writing of consultative reports using study data and client objectives, and participate in client meetings and presentations, providing necessary support materials.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the RGM portfolio and studies offered, and proactively utilize available tools and resources.
  • Identify questions/issues and seek solutions for clients, effectively utilizing available resources.
  • Support the team in meeting internal and external deadlines, collaborating with Data Operations team members, Statisticians, Modellers, etc.
  • Leverage support functions and efficiently execute established processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in market data analysis and insights generation within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • Intermediate level of Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong Analytical skills, Intellectual curiosity, and Critical thinking.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
