Senior Programme Lead

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Programme Lead to manage and oversee our projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate a cross-functional team developing a POS system for a new market.
- Apply expertise to ensure project goals are aligned, provide effective leadership, and enforce Scrum principles.
- Organise and lead Scrum events, guide the team in Scrum practices, and facilitate collaboration.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide support to team members.
- Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project progress tracking and metrics, ensuring timely and effective reporting.
- Adjust project priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Promote open and transparent communication within the team.
- Ensure project documentation remains organised and up-to-date.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
