We are seeking a seasoned Application Developer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge customized systems.

About the Role

This internal Application Developer position plays a pivotal role within our Chief Analytics Office, working closely with consultants, managers, and senior data scientists to implement innovative IT solutions based on AI and Machine Learning models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical leaders, and data scientists to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Implement technical requirements using proficient programming languages and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Leverage Agile framework best practices for software development, driving efficiency and quality in all projects.
  • Design, code, unit test, and deploy complete solution modules, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or an IT-related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with code versioning tools like GitHub, database technologies, data structures, and containerization environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, and experience working in a global team environment.
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to challenging transformations.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with FrontEnd development, Angular, or React is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of big data technologies, quality assurance tools, and cloud deployment is desirable.
