Caregiving Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

This role involves visiting patients, providing nursing care under the direction of RNs, and following physicians' orders. A valid state driver's license is required, as is dependable transportation kept in good working condition.

You will be responsible for driving an automobile in all types of weather conditions and must be currently licensed as a Home Health Nurse in the State of employment.

• Providing patient care services in home settings
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Diploma or certification in nursing from an accredited program
• Valid state driver's license
