Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Tax Preparer Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and help them make informed decisions about their financial lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns by entering client and W-2 information into our system.
  • Review and finalize tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must possess strong reading and math skills to accurately prepare and review tax returns.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role, both in person and over the phone.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs is necessary to perform job duties efficiently.
