Solution architects are at the forefront of designing and implementing complex technical systems. They must be able to balance business requirements with technical feasibility, creating solutions that meet the needs of both.

As a solution architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology environment of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to guide the overall direction of our systems and ensure that they align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture design patterns, software development, and infrastructure project lifecycles. They will also have experience with designing and building APIs, as well as developing highly scalable and distributed business-oriented solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Elaborating solution architecture designs that meet business requirements and technical feasibility
  • Establishing the alignment of the solution with business requirements and technical feasibility
  • Discovering technical and business requirements with a focus on contributing to the solution and evolving the team's maturity
  • Working closely with the Technical Leader and stakeholders to guide the overall direction of the technology environment
  • Evaluating and identifying where system enhancements and improvements can be made

The qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience as a solution architect or in a similar role in a payment institution or financial services organization
  • Knowledge of architecture design patterns, modelling, and architecture documentation
  • Experience with designing and building APIs in integration and exposure scenarios, considering security and performance requirements
  • Experience in developing highly scalable and distributed business-oriented solutions
  • Familiarity with payment gateways and other banking or financial technologies
  • Understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycle
  • Knowledge in distributed systems with Docker and Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with building asynchronous systems, messaging, event broker, and Event-Driven architecture
  • Advanced English is mandatory
