We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to lead the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing BIM models, 2D drawings, and asset data in compliance with industry standards.
- They will also lead BIM modeling efforts, coordinate with project teams, and ensure model accuracy and quality outputs.
This role requires expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as a strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years' experience in BIM modeling.

Key Responsibilities:- Review and develop BIM models, 2D drawings, and asset data issued by consultants in line with industry standards.
- Lead BIM modeling efforts and coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and quality outputs.
- Maintain and optimize BIM models following best practices to ensure healthy, coordinated models.
- Coordinate with BIM and design teams to support modeling from 2D CAD plans and construction documents.
- Conduct clash detection and support clash avoidance measures.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with the development and updating of construction documents.
- Maintain and apply company/project BIM standards, templates, and content.
- Update models and drawings based on RFI responses, engineering instructions, and design changes.
