The procurement specialist will be responsible for managing the purchasing of inventory items for projects, negotiating prices, lead times, terms, and updating internal customers.

• Manage international orders and deliveries to our Brazilian base.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Develop and approve suppliers with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Desirable knowledge about supply chain management.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in procurement and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be proficient in English.

The selected candidate will work closely with the global Procurement team to identify and leverage opportunities. They will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
